The Facility Scheduling Office coordinates and schedules all after-hour community use/rental of Canyons School District buildings and grounds for other than school and education purposes. This is done in compliance with Utah State Law, District Policy and the Facility Rental Guidelines, and requirements from Utah State Risk Management.
Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of an event.
We're currently accepting requests for event dates through June 30, 2025, with the exception of field requests- we are still determining field conditions for Spring 2025.
Costs listed reflect rental of space only. Additional costs (such as for personnel and equipment) will be added per Facility Rental Guidelines. Please note Custodians must be in the building during the entirety of the rental.
