Costs reflect rental of spaces only. Personnel and equipment costs will be added as per agreement for Categories, II, III, IV, V, VI. Additional fees will be charged for the lighting tech, sound tech, and building supervisor, each are required when renting auditorium. Absolutely no food is allowed in the auditorium.

Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the Auditorium. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 7 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 06/30/2025.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Canyons staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
